The dream of opening a pizzeria has been with me since I was a child.
I was six years old when my grandpa asked me "what role will I have in your life when you grow up?"
"Will we always be this close?"
In my mind the answer was easy, open a pizzeria - where he could greet everyone while I cooked.
"You can eat all the day", I told him.
You see, I come from Naples where food is love.
And that's what it was all about, Love.
I just didn't know there wouldn't be enough time.

The first thing you learn from your nonna in naples is to cook with passion.
On Sundays they are the first up, cooking ragu for hours and hours just for us.
That same passion is what makes Fiordilatte different
We don't do things the easy way... we make our dough fresh.
We cook with love, thinking back fondly of those that came before us.
